Simulation engineer (physics, FEM, molecular dynamics) applying AI agents to engineering. Every result is checked against a reference; every tool is also tested by agents. More than ten years between physics and software — molecular dynamics, finite elements, optimal control and, in recent years, machine learning and generative AI on industrial and scientific problems, within European projects (Horizon Europe, ERC, PRIMA).
What I care about is computation you can trust: results contrasted against a reference, and tools that agents also exercise — when an agent gets something wrong, it usually points at a flaw in the tool.

How I work
Validate against a reference
A result is only worth something if it can be compared: an analytical solution, an experiment or a reference code. The reference comes first, the model second.
A ladder of tests
From the one-line case up to the full model, one step at a time. When something breaks, you know exactly where.
Agents as a usability test
Simulation tools are driven by agents too. When an agent gets it wrong, it almost always exposes a flaw in the tool rather than in the agent.
